Types of E-Commerce
1.Business to Business(B2B)
The process of business deal where one business communicate with another business instead of directly interact with customers is known as Business to Business.
2. Business to Consumer (B2C)
The process of businesses selling products and services directly to customers with no middle person is known as Business to Consumer (B2C).
Example: Amazon, Shein,
3. Consumer to Consumer (C2C)
The process of transactions that occurs directly individual consumers without any presence of business organization is called Consumer to consumer(C2C).
For example: eBay, Facebook marketplace
4. Government to Consumer(G2C)
Government to consumers(G2C) refers to the services that government provides to the individual citizens or consumers. This transaction enhance the public services, improve governance and increase the transparency in government operations.
For example: Insurance Fee, Online tax filling system, Voting and elections, passport application etc.
